To our valued Staff, Customers, and Partners:

As we close the door on another year, it’s time to reflect and celebrate our successes. 2022 has been full of challenges yet also abundant with achievements. I am confident that 2023 will bring even more growth for us and those in our industry.

I would like to take a moment to express my immense gratitude for your loyalty and patronage, whether you have been with us since the start or just joined this year. Our commitment is unwavering: we will continue providing Permian Basin’s highest quality steel products in order to earn your business each day. Thank you!

I’d also like to express my immense appreciation for our staff’s relentless efforts which enabled us to achieve the successes we have experienced this past year. Our employees have worked hard and brought tremendous value to Bulldog Steel, hence laying a strong foundation that has paved the way towards our current position. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all for your commitment!

If you read my letter from last January, you’ll recall that I wrote about the importance of goal setting in a new year. This is still a practice I deeply value, not only in my professional life, but also in my personal life. So as always, I am sitting down and evaluating the past year and looking forward to dreaming about the next. As someone who is always looking to inspire success in those around me, I invite you to do the same.

It’s so easy to get started. The first step to achieving your business new year’s resolutions is to set clear intentions and brainstorm your goals by evaluating your past year. What worked? What didn’t? From there, find out what you really want this year. Or better yet, what do you NEED to accomplish in order to achieve your vision of success.

From there, speak your goals into existence and tell people who will support you and hold you accountable. Tell a friend, a spouse, or even leave it in the comments! Achieving challenging goals as a business owner takes will power, grit, and a lot of motivation. This year, I challenge you to support someone else’s goal. We are nothing without the support of our community so let’s raise each other up this year and help each other achieve. Whether it’s a friend, a co-worker, or an employee, let’s dedicate ourselves to lending a hand when we can.

My promise to you is to continue to supply the highest quality steel and building accessories to west Texas. I want to see you succeed in whatever project you embark on this year and I want to see the growth of our area.

I am extremely thrilled to begin yet another year as President of Bulldog Steel and can’t wait for my plans to come into fruition. What a blessing it is that I get the opportunity to work with such an incredible team, along with customers like you! Serving the Permian Basin brings me joy beyond measure. Let’s make 2023 our most successful and productive year yet; whatever your project entails – constructing a business or building construction – here’s wishing us all much success! Cheers!
